Behind the Curtain - Almost, Maine (TLT)

Almost, Maine, the latest show to hit the Tacoma Little Theatre stage is a story of love, heartbreak and hope. Told as a series of vignettes, it follows the citizens (well, they would be citizens if they ever took the time to actually organize themselves into a legal community) of Almost, Maine through the same 10-minute period of time, with experiences that could happen anywhere, or at anytime. They just happen to be happening in Maine under the Northern Lights.

One of the key players in this cast of four, is Brookelyne Peterson, who plays "Woman 2", which actually means she plays about five or six different women in the show. We go Behind the Curtain with Brookelyne to talk a little about her history, having recently relocated to WA from Utah, how she got involved with TLT and Almost, Maine, and how she approaches playing so many different and varied characters in one show. Almost, Maine runs on stage at Tacoma Little Theatre through May 12.
